A mathematician from Greece with an MSc in Robotics and an MPhil in Micro-robotics, specialising in Maths and Robotics education.
Sokratis worked as a Robotics researcher in the UK, now he is applying his expertise to teach students at 28x.
Sally, Lesson Designer
An educator from Taiwan with two master's degrees in Education, specialising in Early Childhood Education.
Sally works collaboratively with Sokratis to plan age-appropriate learning activities.
28x was founded in 2023 by Sokratis Dimitriadis and Yu-Hui "Sally" Chu , with the vision to guide students reach their career goals regardless their background, offering high-quality lessons of Maths and Robotics. The viewpoint was always respecting students' individual learning style and emphasizing on the "why" in every scientific concept. This would lead to deeper learning and developing critical thinking. Also, we realised it's not easy to find Robotics instructors that had knowledge of both electronics, programming, children's education and solid scientific background to provide substantial guidance to young enthusiasts. Sokratis and Sally combined their backgrounds to communicate sciences in an age-appropriate way and make students love Maths and understand Robotics, so that they can thrive in our fast-evolving world.
